What measures have been taken to curb the coronavirus in Vitebsk region?

Yuri Derkach, the head of the main public health Department of the Regional Executive Committee, told about the epidemiological situation in Vitebsk Region and the measures taken to curb the spread of coronavirus COVID-19.
